Serbia and Macedonia Tour

  We delayed 5 min for losing our wallet, and still they gave us no option to go to the excursion, despite the fact that hours before we were notified by... read more mail that the tour was advanced 30 min.
Then we proposed if they gave us back the amount of the. First part, since it was visiting a church that when we went there made us pay as if we were without the group, which was much more expensive. The guide at no time helped us. He also said that there would be an explanation in Spanish and that was not the case.
Ok. Sorry you go at your own pace and alone.

We... read more were fortunate enough to have the same driver, Mihail, on both journeys, who is an absolute gem. Really friendly, full of top tips and was more than happy to answer in depth any questions I had about Bulgaria as well as on all the sights passed on the journey. Definitely tempted to come back in the summer to experience the large selection of tours that they have on offer and would most definitely book transfers with V travel again.

  Unfortunately I had to cancel this tour because I was ill (and we all know that during this pandemic situation we can't take any risk, not for ourselves and not... read more for the others).

We agreed on doing the tour on another day, but unfortunately after my cancellation all the communication stopped and I didn't receive responses to my messages.

So at the end, I didn't do any tour and I didn't get a refund either. I was only told that the touroperator didn't feel any responsibility.

So if you are looking for a friendly touroperator with good communication skills than I can't recommend this one. But the tour might be awesome, I have no idea.
